We incorporate lessons learned as part of our ongoing approach to service delivery:

  • Project Management – encompasses the analysis of all relevant information, agreeing objectives, milestones and minimum service levels, monitoring and reporting. Early preparation is key to ensuring smooth project delivery as well as efficient and high-quality assessment return. Knowing the right questions to ask in project set-up is therefore crucial. We have developed an 'Environment Map' element of our project plan – which ensures we ask the right questions, obtain the correct information and ensure this is then communicated to our Assessors and team.

Specialist Assessors – specialist assessments and a truly person-centred approach to ensure assessors are able to cover a wide range of client groups and specialisms, this extends to:

  • Dementia
  • Learning Disability
  • Brain Injury
  • Mental Health
  • Physical Disability
  • Sensory Loss
