Description
Independent Adult Social Care Social Workers Needed
East London, Surrounding Boroughs and Out of area
Full-time / Part Time / Ad-hoc work
 
Required to complete:
 
  • Strength and asset based assessments/reviews/carer assessments
  • Mental capacity assessments and best interests decisions
  • Identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns
  • Support planning and maximising local community assets
 
Must be able to:
 
  • Work directly with clients, their carer’s, and other professionals in a strength based way
  • Produce good quality, person centred reports that seeks to maximise a client’s wellbeing
  • Be familiar with multi-disciplinary working
  • Be competent in using adult social care computer systems (e.g. Mosaic, Liquid Logic)
  • Be familiar with local authority policies and procedures relating to information security and GDPR
     
You must possess:
 
  • Two years post qualifying experience within a local authority social work team as a qualified social worker
